This listing is a deposit on custom work (or a hold for a payment plan). Please do not purchase before you and I have spoken and confirmed I can make what you are wanting (or that I agree to a payment plan). Please read description below or info in photos for my shop policies.

Payment Plans:

I highly recommend using an app called "Klarna" -- You pay them 25% at checkout, and then 25% every two weeks. There is no credit check and no fees if paid on time. They pay me in full immediately when you order, so I can ship your purchase to you right away, before its even paid off! They are not paying me to say this, I've just used them before with no issues thus far. Please visit their website for more info. -- If this isn't for you, my policies are as follows:

• I want my jewelry to be accessible to everyone so I will allow payment plans AT MY DISCRETION.
• Items that have been in my shop for 24 hours are eligible.
• A small fee will be added to the total for payment plans, due to having to process multiple transactions which incurs fees on my end.
• Plans can be broken up into multiple installments, total balance due within 60 days (exact date will be given)(if it’s a very expensive piece I may allow a longer plan)
• 100% is due before shipping your piece to you.
• Payment plans are nonrefundable. This includes partially paid plans.
• Please don’t ignore me. If for some reason you just need more time, I’m only willing to work with you if we are openly communicating. If I do not hear back from you for 30 days, your piece and any payments will be forfeit.

Custom Work:

• Status of customs will be listed in my Instagram bio (open/closed)
• There is a $50 nonrefundable deposit to discuss/secure a custom. Design, price, and production time will be determined.
• Customs are always preferred to be paid in full, however, I want my jewelry to be accessible to everyone so I will allow payment plans AT MY DISCRETION.
• A small fee will be added to the total for payment plans, due to having to process multiple transactions which incur fees on my end.
• Plans can be broken up into multiple installments, total balance due within 60 days (exact date will be given)(if it’s a very expensive piece I may allow a longer plan)
• 50% is due before I begin working on your piece. PRODUCTION TIME BEGINS ONLY WHEN I HAVE RECEIVED THIS 50%.
 100% is due before shipping your piece to you.
• Customs are nonrefundable and nonreturnable unless they are defective (see “Returns”). This includes partially paid customs.
• Please don’t ignore me. If for some reason you just need more time, I’m only willing to work with you if we are openly communicating. If I do not hear back from you for 30 days, your custom will be forfeit.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

• I only accept returns if the item is defective (i.e. I did something wrong), so please read all listings carefully, or contact me with questions before purchasing.
• However, I don’t like the idea of my pieces going unused. If you wish to return an item for any other reason, I can offer you Shop Credit in the amount of the purchase price.
• I must receive some form of communication from you about the return within 3 days of delivery. DO NOT RETURN SOMETHING WITHOUT CONTACTING ME FIRST.
• Item must be returned to me, in original condition, within 7 days of delivery.
• Once I receive the returned item, Shop Credit will be issued.
• There are NO returns, refunds, or shop credits issued on customs unless the item is deemed defective by me.
• If your item is damaged or lost durin
g shipping, you must file a claim through whichever shipping carrier delivered it.
